Funerals Once you have a general idea of what funeral design services you’re interested in, please fill out a Project Initiation Form. After you have recieved a confirmation and a quote, use the Tips and Ideas sheet to help you gather your content. Once you’re ready with your content (photos, text, and theme), complete the on-line Content Submission Form or print the pdf version and submit it to your Funeral Director.*
