We hate junk mail as much as you do! We will never distribute any of your personal information to anyone. Your account information is kept confidential and is stored on our secure server. It is used only for the processing and shipping of your orders.

We also don't like fraud. Our online payments are all processed through Paypal, which means that your payment information is secure. You can verify this during the checkout process by looking for the lock or security symbol on your browser. Better if Personal Design^TM never receives your payment information, so we can never use or abuse it.

Your completed design remains the property of Better if Personal Design^TM (see our Terms and Conditions) and it may be used for a variety of purposes. However, we will never display your design without first removing your personal information. If you require that photographs be removed as well, you must notify us during the checkout process or in writing afterwards.

If at any point we would like to make use of correspondence between you and Better if Personal Design^TM(as a testimonial perhaps), we will notify you by way of an email and request your permission.
